In my first year of college I wrote a portfolio for English class about Nashville, TN. It's very much out of date now but I believe it accurately reflects how Nashville would look to a newcomer (like I was) back in 1992. Someday if my wife and I move back to Nashville, I hope to revise this and add much more.
Much of what is in here time has proven to be untrue. Remember I was 18 when I wrote this, my writing and perspective has improved, I hope. One way or the other I still enjoyed writing it and thought someone else might enjoy reading it.
